Parent and Me!
Group yoga class for parent and kid(s) ages 6-9. Your child will giggle and smile in this playful class as they learn to balance, increase flexibility, strength, body awareness and confidence! This is the perfect way to build trust, connect with one another, communicate and create community with other families. Meet us on the mat and let the adventure begin!
Vinyasa Flow
This class connects pose to pose moving with breath. Expect to move your body through an assortment of twists, forward bends, back bends, balancing poses, and inversions. A typical vinyasa flow class will contain elements of all areas of yoga including breathing techniques, posture alignment, mudra, and meditation to bring you a well balanced yoga experience. All levels of experience welcomed! Postures will be modified to level of experience.
Warm Gentle Flow
This class is a gentle, breath-centered practice designed to cultivate deep relaxation and mindful movement. In a softly heated room, we'll move through a series of slow, fluid postures, allowing time to explore each shape with intention and ease, Expect grounding stretches, gentle strength building, and soothing transitions that help release tension and restore balance. Perfect for all levels, this class invites you to connect with your breath, quiet the mind, and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply nourished.
Chair Yoga Rx
Chair Yoga is a modified form of yoga, practiced while seated. In session, expect breathing exercises, mudras, mantras, asana and meditation practices. It is low -impact, making it gentle on joints and suitable for people with arthritis or other conditions. Other benefits include improving flexibility, mobility, balance, and increasing range of motion. This class is perfect for those with limited mobility, have trouble getting up and down off the floor or recovering from injuries. Chairs are provided by the studio or you can bring your own! Please bring a yoga mat for your chair to be placed on for safety reasons.
Yoga Sculpt

Meet us on the mat for a fun, supportive, and challenging workout.
Yoga Rx for Back

This therapeutic class focuses on yoga practices that strengthen, stretch, and align the body, promoting overall well-being. Participants will engage in poses that release tension, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Each class includes mindful breathing, alignment, and modifications suitable for all levels of participants. Strong and Calm
Experience the perfect balance of strength and serenity in our Strong and Calm class. This unique session combines robust, empowering poses with calming breathwork and mindfulness, creating a holistic practice that nurtures both mind and body. Participants will engage in a series of challenging poses designed to build strength, endurance and stability. As you flow through each sequence, you'll cultivate focus and determination, while also learning to find tranquility within the intensity. The class incorporates mindful breathing practices, allowing you to deepen your practice and connect with your inner calm. Join us to invigorate your body, clear your mind, and foster a sense of peaceful strength as you uncover your ultimate potential on the mat. Suitable for all levels of experience.
Yin Yoga and Meditation
Immerse yourself in tranquility with our Yin Yoga and Meditation class, a serene blend of restorative yoga and mindful meditation. This gentle practice focuses on deep stretching and relaxation, targeting the connective tissues to enhance flexibility and promote a sense of inner peace. In Yin Yoga, postures are held for longer length of time, allowing for deep release and introspection, Each session encourages the body to relax fully, while calming the mind and fostering a meditative state. Guided meditation will be weaved throughout the class, helping to cultivate mindfulness and emotional awareness. If you are seeking stress relief, increased flexibility, or a moment of stillness in your busy life, this class is for you!
Restorative Flow
Unwind and rejuvenate with this unique restorative practice, consisted of complementary modalities to enhance and support relaxation, manage and alleviate symptoms of anxiety, stress and pain in the body. Participants will engage with easeful movement to help move stagnant energy and tension out of the body before relaxing into restorative poses that are supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Each pose is held for an extended duration, allowing for a complete surrender, a deeper connection to the body's natural rhythms. Guided breath and body awareness meditations assist you in calming the mind. Reiki energy flows throughout the practice. Offerings of hands on Reiki and essential oils are given to each participant. Sounds of Tibetan bowls will soothe you into a deep, restful savanasa. Join us to experience a profound sense of peace and calm during and after this practice, topped off with a good night's sleep.
