Private Yoga Therapy Sessions
The practice is designed for the individual's specific needs whether it be physically, emotionally, energetically, spiritually or a combination of them all. It is ideal for health conditions, injury recovery, and mental health care. The therapeutic yoga sessions are gentle and designed with your goals in mind. Postures are modified to individual's capability with gentle movement sequences to help improve range of motion, ease pain, and relax the central nervous system. A typical session will include, but not limited to, breathwork, mudra, asana, and meditation practices. An initial assessment is completed for the first session (90 minutes) and daily practices (treatment plan of 3-5 yogic techniques) given to the individual to perform between sessions to progress toward improved health and well-being. Reiki
A Reiki private session involves a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique. During the session, the practitioner uses their hands to channel healing energy to the client, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and over-all well-being. The client typically lies down fully clothed, while soothing music or calming ambiance creates a peaceful environment. The practitioner may lightly place their hands on or above specific areas of the body to facilitate energy flow. Sessions generally last 60 minutes. Come experience this deep relaxation, emotional release, leaving with an enhanced sense of clarity and balance.
